Frequently Asked Questions
- 01Because of the fragile nature of paper products, I’m sadly not able to accept returns or exchanges 🌿 as the double journey for these paper products may prove to deduct any reselling value of them. So please do take a moment to be sure of what you’re ordering, keeping in mind that very slight variations in color may occur depending on your device’s display settings.
- 02If your package arrives damaged, don’t worry — I’ll make it right 💌. Please share an uncut opening video with me (showing the package being opened), and I’ll send a replacement right away.
- 03If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, and you’d prefer not to wait for a replacement, I’ll be glad to issue you a refund ✨. Just reach out to me via email or through the contact form with an uncut opening video of your box, tube, or envelope mailer, along with your request, and I’ll take care of the rest.
- 04We currently accept all major cards and UPI payments 🌿✨.
- 05At the moment, I’m not able to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed — so please double-check your details before confirming 💌.
- 06Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from me with all the details 🕊️ — letting you know your package is on its way.
- 07Yes, of course 🕊️. As soon as a tracking number is generated, I’ll send it to you via email so you can follow your parcel’s little journey to you.
- 08All Orders are carefully wrapped in tissue, supported by some form of cushioning - if it is shipped in boxes, sealed well and sent through either IndiaPost or Shiprocket registered post. After receiving your order it would take from 3-5 business days to ship your product. In any rare circumstances if I cannot meet this time limit, I will make sure to inform you via e-mail. I also share updates on my Instagram Stories, so you can stay connected for them there too. Shipping charges will vary from product to product, you’ll be able to find them in the descriptions to know the exact fee.
- 09After it is placed, you can cancel your order anytime within 48 hours. You can go to your orders and click on the cancel order button to cancel your order. In case if you wish to cancel a part of the order, you can contact me via dm/contact page within the same time frame, and rest easy that I would refund you for the part you want cancelled and go ahead wishing shipping to your your favorite bit 💖
- 10For domestic orders within India, your package usually arrives within a week 📦✨. For international orders, it may take up to 30 days, depending on the usual pace of the mail delivery system.
- 11If your package is ever lost, I’ll happily send another one your way 💌. In the case of delays, I kindly ask for a little patience: up to 15 days for domestic deliveries, or up to 45 days for international ones. After that, I’ll send a replacement. I also keep a close eye on your order’s progress — and if you notice anything unusual, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me by email or through the contact form on the website 🌿.
- 12Oh I know this feeling, so I won't keep you in suspense. Some collections are made for exclusive launches only so those are likely not to come back in that format, but the rest might. If you can still see the listing with a Coming Back button under it, it will be coming up again and soon. To know exactly when, Signup to the LetterBox and I'll inform you right when they come back up. Also, if you do not see your favorite product in that list that was not a part of an exclusive launch, drop me a dm and I will personally keep note of your interest.
- 13Yes and very easily. Along with your chosen gifting items, please add to your cart gift wrap and/or gift note from the Gifting menu. you can also find the links at the bottom of each product page. if you want to personalize or customize a note you want to send, just add what you would like to write before the checkout page. Alternatively, you can drop me a mail or dm with your order number as well!
- 14That's a great question. Best way to keep your new art prints last long is to keep them away from direct sunlight, since strong light can fade colors over time. It’s best practice to place them in a frame with UV-protective glass or acrylic if you want to go the extra mile. Alternatively, store them flat in a clean, dry place until you’re ready to frame. Try not to touch the print surface directly with your fingers as oils from our skin can leave marks. Always hold by the edges and use clean hands while handling them.
- 15Let me cover one product at a time; like all Art Prints and Bookmarks are printed on 280 gsm textured paper, Postcards are on 350 gsm fine paper. Stickers are waterproof vinyl.
- 16Absolutely! Each item is crafted with care and packaged thoughtfully—perfect for meaningful gifts or little surprises for someone special 💛
- 17Of course, Art is for everyone. All the products are available for world-wide shipping. The rates are determined by the weight of the package. You’ll be able to see it in the description box and at the check out page.
- 18I love custom orders. But the schedules may not always permit for me to take them up. If you have anything on your mind, do drop me a message and I will reach out to you soon.
