EU order cancellation

Following the new changes in EU consumer protection guidelines, we've dedicated this page for you to easily submit a request for cancelling your order.

If you do have an ODNRY account, you can also submit a cancellation request directly from your order history if you want!

But in case, instead of cancelling, you'd simply like to make a change to your order—such as updating your order item quantity, adding a gift wrap, or note—please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. It is our delight to be able to help you :)

Please note that if your order is for a digital product, we sadly cannot process a cancellation for it as well due to its irrevocable nature. Please also remember, all cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order, the earlier the better. Once this period has passed, or if your order has already entered processing or shipment, we may no longer be able to cancel or make changes.
